Bradford Victor-Adams was formed on October 12,
1869. On that day seven local property owners met and organized our Farm
Mutual. At that time, rural America had no insurance protection. These
founders joined together helping and supporting each other in time of fire
and lightning losses. The true spirit of mutuality was born. . . with
neighbors helping neighbors.

| Bev started at BVA as an Underwriter in
1974, and was promoted to manager in 1993. She has been on several
committees for the Illinois Association of Mutual Insurance Companies,
and was chairman of Illinois Association of Mutual Insurance Companies
in 2003/2004. Bev was elected the National Association of Mutual
Insurance Companies' Farm Mutual Manager of the Year in 2003. Bev
has earned the Professional Farm Mutual Manager designation. |

| Kelly started with us in 2003 as Assistant
Manager. Prior to joining BVA, she worked as an underwriter in various
lines of business at several major insurance
companies, and has over 21 years of experience in the industry.
Kelly graduated with a bachelor's degree in
Business Administration from St. Norbert College in DePere, Wisconsin.
She has earned both the Professional Farm Mutual Manager
designation and the Certified Insurance Counselor designation.
Kelly is on the board of directors of the Illinois Association of
Mutual Insurance Companies. |
